What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Droxi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. Your primary focus will be to assist in our product onboarding process, provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering professional and courteous assistance.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using a CRM system.

Requirements


Who you are

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant customer support tools preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to clients and conferences as needed.
